Fundamental Happiness Habits: Meditation 

For many years, meditation has had different meanings for different people and the activities that involves its practice are also different from one individual to another.

My ideal meditation mode is my prayer mode, which involves shutting off every aspect of my life to peacefully reconnect with my maker, the master of my life, the one who controls every aspect of my life. It’s been more of a taboo for me to wake up at 3a.m in the morning to have my meditation time. In the recent years I have adopted the silence meditation where I simply go down on my knees, start off with the list of the aspects of my life that I am entirely thankful for like my mom, siblings, my love and other relationships that forms the whole being of my existence.
